What We Do
Every home is different and every client has different needs. We offer two levels of cleaning; routine and deep, as well as additional add-on options so you can pick and choose exactly what you need each visit. We typically require an initial deep cleaning to get your home looking it's best; then, a routine cleaning to keep it that way! In some cases, an initial deep cleaning may be waived.
Have us over weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to keep up on the house work so you can spend more time enjoying your home.
Most homes need a deep cleaning on their first visit; then, we can continue with routine visits. A routine cleaning includes dusting or polishing all surfaces, thoroughly sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms including: counters, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets, sanitizing light switches and door knobs, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning cabinet fronts, and vacuuming and mopping floors.
Upon request, we can change sheets and make beds, spot clean windows, vacuum furniture, clean inside closets, and clean inside the oven or refrigerator. If you have a request not mentioned above, just ask!
A deep cleaning includes all of the above in addition to ceiling fans and high dusting which can safely be reached with a step-ladder and our extension tools, dusting vents, thoroughly cleaning cabinet fronts, baseboards and spot cleaning of wall, door, carpet, and rug stains.
After an initial deep cleaning, most choose to continue with routine service. Keeping up with regularly scheduled routine cleanings makes it easy for us to maintain those deeper cleaning items so you won't have to get a deep cleaning again. We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings and we can keep a regular or varied schedule, totally up to you!
Move Out Cleanings
Move out cleanings are always deep cleans. We will clean all frames and doors and spot check walls. Please note that we can only clean under appliances which are not too large or too heavy to move. We do not do trash-outs and we are not yet equipped to clean carpets.
Preparing for Your Housekeeper
Please note that we do not clean inside china cabinets and ask that you let us know if there are family heirlooms or other precious items you would prefer to not be disturbed during the cleaning process.
We ask that you please have areas to be cleaned cleared of clutter as much as possible. We don't fold laundry, do dishes, pick up pet messes, organize, do heavy lifting, or use unapproved cleaning chemicals.
Please help us stop the spread of germs and viruses by rescheduling if there is an active illness in your home. If we are not made aware of an illness in the home until we arrive, we reserve the right to not service your home that day and charge a fee of 50% of the cost of your visit to cover our time, travel, and loss of business that day.
